BBF Banana-Berry Smoothie

You all know how much we love our friends over at Best Bones Forever! They are all about bone-health awareness in young women, so we thought today would be the perfect day to share one of our favorite recipes that will build your bones, fill you up, and keep you cool on hot summer days!



What You Need:
1 Banana
1 c of mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
1 c of fat free Greek yogurt (Try ones with Honey for a little something sweet!)
2 c of low fat milk

Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Throw a tiny umbrella in there or a fruit garnish and sip by the pool or after a great workout!
