What You Need:
1 Banana
1 c of mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
1 c of fat free Greek yogurt (Try ones with Honey for a little something sweet!)
2 c of low fat milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Throw a tiny umbrella in there or a fruit garnish and sip by the pool or after a great workout!
