Shark Week Cake!

After much anticipation here is the recipe for the cake we made in honor of Shark Week!

Here's what you need for the base:
1 box "No Pudge Fudge Brownies"
2/3 Greek Yogurt
2 Egg Whites

Frosting and Decorations:
8oz Greek Yogurt
1 c Confectionery Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Blue and Red Food Coloring
Graham Crackers
Almonds
Gummy Sharks

Make the box of brownies according to the directions on the box using Greek yogurt to boost your protein and add a rich texture.
Whisk in egg whites into your batter to help make them really fluffy!
Bake and let cool.

For the frosting, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla, and confectionery sugar with an electric mixer. The frosting will be very light, more like a glaze.

To decorate, separate half the frosting into two bowls. Add blue food coloring to one to make your blue water. Decorate half of the cooled brownies with the blue food coloring and half with white.
Used crushed up Graham crackers and crushed almonds to cover the white frosting side to make the sand.
Add gummy sharks and any other decorations you'd like to the blue "water" side and Enjoy!

*Note: It's hot and sticky outside so keep this cake nice and cold in the fridge!
